Live stuff and other things

Posted: October 17, 2010 in Music

Just a couple of things to share.

First off, here’s the audio from the gig at Colchester:

Or you can download it if you prefer:

Live in Colchester 9-10-10

I only took a couple of photos so here they are as well.

Slack Space is a former shoe shop that’s been converted into an arts space, as you might be able to tell from the picture that meant we were sharing the space with paintings and various sculptures made from textiles – that’s what you can see hanging from the roof. It was an interesting night with a good variety of acts as well. Thanks to Lee for putting the whole thing on.

The gig diary is now empty so if anybody’s interested feel free to get in touch. Anything reasonable (and maybe not so reasonable) will be considered.

Secondly, I’ve got a track on this compilation that’s just been released online by Datahex.

20 Tones Of The Apocalypse Volume 1 – get it here.

I’ve listed all 20 artists involved below. Be aware that the tracks are in a variety of formats and bit-rates.

1 BREAKDANCING RONALD REAGAN
2 JERK KEROUAC
3 GLOGA
4 RITUAL STANCE
5 DIM DUSK MOVING GLOOM
6 SUBTERRESTRIAL
7 A NIGHT TO DISMEMBER
8 CRAWLING CREATURE
9 GRANDMOTHER
10 KINGDOM OF SHARKS
11 ERARITJARITJAKA
12 HIDDEN ILLNESS
13 SICK TO THE BACK TEETH
14 SECOND THOUGHT
15 AWESOME BIN LADEN
16 ABSENCE INSOLUTION
17 TOMES
18 CHURNER
19 THEE CRUMB
20 PIGSWILL
This is a bit of a departure for me as this compilation is mostly noise, so I submitted one of my more experimental tracks. It seems to work well enough with the other tracks though.
